This just occured to me regarding the FSC list
If you are on that list, and the DOJ isn't supposed to see it, how will they know that they can't go after you? In other words, if you signed up and are protected, wouldn't the DOJ have to know you were on that list in order to know not to inspect you?

They can see who is on the list, although they do not have direct access

Bow to the "Special Master" :glugglug

If I had that job I would be surfing all your sites - they would have to call me the "Special Masturbater". I wouldn't even have to look at the list...the DOJ would say, "Hey, Special M", is such and such site on the list?", and I could give them a complete synopsis. Hell, I wouldn't have to answer, they could tell by the smile on my face and the woody in my pants. :jerkoff
Where do I apply? ADG Webmaster |

information for legal purposes. Ironic. :2 cents: |

so what's stopping them from compiling a list of every single domain and giving the list to the "special master"? obviously what will come back is a list of everyone that is on the FSC list....
|
The interesting thing about this is that DOJ possibly CAN have the list. How you say? All they have to do is submit a list of thousands of names and sites to the special master. The people they can't enforce the rules on are the ones on the list.

Being a member of FSC tells the government you are more serious about fighting them and they don't want a fight - they want to win easy cases. |

Agreed! :thumbsup |
The commotion causers on the board want you to believe that if the DOJ knows you're on the list, you are somehow becoming a target. That's just not true. This isn't the red scare!
