how often does this happen to you? i fill out several and never get a response, i'd say i get about 25% of them actually responded to.

As a sponsor we spend a lot of time trying to get our support channels right. The latest and largest impediment we suffer, and I assume other sponsors too, is affiliates and members email providers blocking or redirecting emails we send out. Those damn auto-spam filter trap more good then bad IMHO ... ICQ / MSN etc are definitely better ways of getting /giving support, especially to our business affiliates.Comment

even better is when you're filled out one of those forms or sent the email and they don't reply, but 2 days later you get someone from that same company spamming you to get promoting them again.Comment
