FSC agreement
First I would like to thank the FSC for the effort. But lets not be blind here. It very clearly states that after sept they can and will go after any violations that may have occured after june23 2005... so NO ONE IS IMMUNE. Second and this is my main issue.... no one can tell me I have to work certain hours or go to prison for 5 years. They cannot hold me at my house or biz or both keeping me strapped down here for 20 hours a week while I wait for them maybey for months or even years.... the only way to make this rule sound is to allow webmasters to give access to our records via a password protected website. That would allow me to take my son to the hospital in an emergency without facing 5 years in prison for leaving my house.... o and god forbid you leave for lunch on the designated days during those hours. This is sad that it passed and cannot be stricken down because bush broke the supreme court by stacking the deck with republican conservatives. Oil and Big tobacco got paid back along with daddy for his fuckup in iraq.... now its time to throw a bone to the bible thumpers who clearly show their true colors by calling us "purveyors of filth". Showing pictures of US choppers ripping human beings apart is legal and unregulated while people engaged in sexual conduct is persecuted.....hrmm You can cut a cows throat and sing satanic songs like (I want my babybak babybak ribbs licking your chops and dacing and banging on utencils you will devour the animal with) but if you have a relationship or any romantic feelings for any animal you would go straight to prison. Funny observation but true.... I would be happy to see FSC address the real issues here and that is the "I cant leave my house at certain times if I own an adult biz" or the I have to announce my name to my neighbors to be in ""compliance""" and the vague expalnation of ""cross referenced"" ::maiden name and exemptions thereof and or the every iteration of every instance of every image meaning you have to take this on knowing there is a clear cut adjenda and that is to pay the religous right before midterm election campain contributions begin.... but what the heck do I know anyways.....
