I don't know what happened to me.

One minute I'm doing my own thing, making some coin on my own, living on my own.... some months making a lot, some not as much... beach avenue apartment...

Next minute, I'm living across the country with the love of my life, get myself a steady reliable income, buy a car, buy a house and having a baby in less than a month.

Thanks everyone. It's rather weird to go through... and even weirder to just sit back during a free moment and realize just how much is going on.

It's not overwhelming or anything though. Not scary. It's very calming actually... feels right.


Oh and Theo, I'd love for you to bless the new house. There's plenty of room for goats and other wildlife in the finished basement. There's a gas fireplace and a bar in there already so they can even get liquored up if they want :thumbsup

I took what they wanted, figured out what I wanted to pay and made an offer at double the difference. I just knew that they'd counter in between the two prices....

and presto, they were at just $100 under what I had predicted they'd counter offer.

So we have an agreement. Time for me to hire a house inspector and start getting into the nitty gritty.

Congratulations on the house. It's always fun watching people grow, even if it is over a message board, haha.

Today I realized there are 5 houses on my street up for sale. I'm tempted to check them out, but still haven't decided whether or not I'm going to stay in San Diego.
