that have decided not to provide model documents to affiliates BUT will still provide non-US affiliates with explicit free content/banners thereby giving non-US affiliates an edge over American affiliates forced to use softcore non-explicit banners and free content/galleries?

part of the business can't blame them

I think over the next couple months when sponsors start seeing less traffic they'll start developing alternative solutions, i.e. Nasty Dollars, BBO, etc.

us webmasters will enjoy more $ per click
