how would coffee beans not be vegan?
not tying to bust balls, just asking...

i don't understand that myself but, i don't care either, its just that the taste was amazingly good and I dont even drink coffee regularily.

isnt it ussually Pacha Mamma or rough translation, mother earth?
Just another all organic no pestisides, no chemicals, no non natural fertilizer coffee growing method?

It's actually not real coffee but chicory, a coffee substitute. You should be able to find similar stuff in a store near you.

I have not had any good coffee in some time.

I'm not a coffee fan. But the only time I have it (rarely) is iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts.

CDM or Community coffee with chicory is the only coffee we drink as well, i got addicted to it in New Orleans many years ago.......we get the bricks in gold foil for a very cheap price of about $3.50

in the 1860's in the US when things were rough folks roasted chicory roots and brewed them as a coffee substitute
