FSC Credit Card Page Up and Running
In response to a slew of calls and emails asking about The Free Speech Coalition's ability to accept credit card payments online, I'm happy to say that the orderOnline function on the FSC website is once again working and open for business.
Please visit http://www.freespeechcoalition.com/application.php, click on the orderOnline button, and you're on your way. Thanks for your patience, and our apologies for taking so long to get a vital capability working properly. Tom Hymes Communications Director Free Speech Coalition [email protected] |

"Toll Free Number 1-866-FSC-9373
When you call please have your credit card available. Visa, MasterCard, AmerXprs, Discover" Then they give you another 800 number to call. Why not post the right number on the webpage? |
Tom, I returned your call last week and left a message on your voice mail, still no call back. I sent a email to Michelle asking her to verify that guys I sent in apps for and made payments for are covered. She replied that they do not have the manpower to go thru and check. So guys I paid for and sent in apps are having to pay again just to make sure they are covered. You guys really need to consider giving the call center or someone access to the members list so guys can call in and make sure they are in. If the list of members is sent to this third party and it is missing names all hell will probably break loose. At this moment nobody is confident that you guys will have this list 100% accurate, everyone is scared their name will be missing, myself included. I got a letter but never a email. I realize you guys are swamped but come on man, hire 2 temps to answer the phone so guys can be assured they are members. There is too much at stake here to not do this.

already signed up via phone - is there some place to verify that my information was collected correctly? a confirmation number? non was given.
|
I did it by phone today and they DID give me a "confirmation number". However, since they are dealing with the highest volume they have probably ever dealt with AND there is a deadline to turn in the list, like Choker, I too am nervous that there will be errors. As far as I know, even with my "confirmation number" - there is no way to actually confirm that I am on THE LIST!

I know I'm asking for trouble, but here goes. If anyone is concerned that their app hasn't been counted, send me an email and I will make sure that they are placed against whatever we've gotten in. If you did submit an application with all the required information, the email to me will be a final confirmation that you're good. That's all I can offer right now, and people have been doing it all day long anyway. I don't mind! With so little time to go, our position is that we should use every resource we have to meet demand and sign people up rather than call them back to confirm. Tom Hymes [email protected] |
