FSC Call Center SUCKS!
Did anybody join today and was worried if your info is ever gonna make the list?
- Horrible connection - Idiots on the other end - No confirmation numbers or any other kind of proof - Fewer options than on the FSC web site - Took 30 minutes to register my 2 sites - Couldn't hear shit it was so loud on the other end ( they probably have 30 people cramped in a 2 bedroom appartment ). I'm a little worried. |
The guy I talked to couldn't speak english very well

ya - agreed - not so great - just did it myself and it took 20 minutes - he didnt get anything right the first time :(

crockett, how do you know that you are "now a member"? What do you have to show for it? I got nothing :-(

I called at 9 am EST to join this morning for my company, and I specifically asked for a confirmation number but I was told just my name and zip code was confirmation enough. That annoys me that other people got a confirmation number and I didn't. And yes their phone connection was horrible.

just jump on their site, online ordering is back up through CCBill.. Took me about 2 minutes, and I didn't mistype my info.
