Yes sad but true. Though if they try they would be in for a fight. Yes I know I could not "win" in the courts but I could make it very costly otherwise.
Pretty easy to screw up the soil, spill stuff and so on. Not to mention that spotted owl I adopted.
Then when push comes to shove, well I can take a few of them with me.

I have a feeling this will get nasty. The first time they try to take an old mans pride-n-joy, he's gonna end up putting some bullets in some folks heads. This is going to get very interesting.........

Dean it has been going on for years though, just ussually under the radar. Old folks have shot it out with the law over this shit before, and they will do it again.

Try explaining to that WWII vet that he must move cause the city government said so in order for a new pharmacy to be built that he can not afford to buy his meds in anyways cause his medicare, vet bennifits, and ssi are not enough.

lowes just kicked almost 100 people out of their houses less than a mile from me. i wouldnt consider it bad though, they paid around double what the houses were worth. i wish they would have taken my house.
