i posted a couple days ago my girlfriend wanted to buy a chihuahua.. (either way she only wants a small dog) so i'm trying to talk her into getting a mini pinscher (mini doberman)

so far i've got her to the point of wanting to go see some.... wish me luck... the battle is getting intense....

Mini pins are supercharged big dogs packed in a little dogs body. They have super canine powers and can climb and jump like you'd never imagine. And they bark at the wind, because they are just that badass and everything around them is a threat. Be ready if you choose to take one on.

i know... today when i told her i didn't want to go look at chihuahuas with her she rolled to the other side of the bed... then when i said i would see if i can go with her she rolled right back over..... obviously i'm not actually gonna go look at chihuahuas with her.. i just wanted to guage the severity of the situation... and by her rolling to the other side of the bed for me just not wanting to go SEE the dog...

A friend of mine has a Mini Pinscher that they just got.

He rocks and is now on the top of my list as I look for a new pup right now.

hahha i was bugging her yesterday, i told her i went out and bought her a small dog... shes like REALLY!?!?!

i was like... yah.. i went to the animal shelter and got a Pitbull... it was being put down because it killed 4 other dogs... but with your love i'm sure you can get it to change its ways

They had a picnic memorial day and this is all I picture from that day.

The dog just constantly jumping up and down trying to get at everyone's plate.

I've wanted a Pug for a while but haven't had the best of luck finding a breeder in the area who doesn't already have a huge waiting list.

The Min Pins are a lot of fun. I leaning towards one myself.

I have a chihuahua and it just so happens I am watching my friends Mini pinscher they are both asleep right next to me. The pinscher seems really Hyper and barks a lot while my chihuahua is more mellow

get a Jack Russell man those guys are awesome!

I've had two mini pinschers. The first one barked but was not too bad. The second one barks like crazy. It really depends on the dogs personality. But be ready, cause they really bark a lot when they hit adulthood and are in defense mode.

It takes about 10 minutes for guests to be welcomed by him, females a lot faster, and then they can't keep him away and all he wants to do is play. Also depends on how much action there is where you live. The more intruders in the zone, they more they bark. The one I have now is 5 years old and calmed down a bit the last year or so, just a little. I also had him neutered at 5 months so he is a bit lazy. But still always on duty.

I would say the mini, but I think you might be better off with a Jack Russell or Boston terrier, instead
