OMFG... did FSC just outsource all calls to India?
 

So I have been urging my friends to join the FSC today, a couple of them came over to have a few drinks and try to get through on the phone.

1 guy is a small webmaster, 3 sites and the other is just male talent who wants to show support. The stunt cock got membership with only a few problems. Mostly because the lady on the line spoke horrible English. :1orglaugh

The lady on the phone simply not find in her computer where the webmaster wanted to join to protect his business. He was not a corp, but he was a business and that just didn't register with her and she couldn't wrap her mind around it.

The best she could do for him was join him up as an individual member for $50 instead of the FSC website listed $300, and then he had to call back and join AGAIN under his DBA for another $50. FUCK! That ain't right.

This is not the right way to join. Her supervisor agreed this was the best way. WTF? :Oh crap

yeah, would have been alot better if they had a online payment form.
