doesn't the fsc list give the goverment a nice list of sites for them to potentially go after, if the law doesn't really change at all

that's one of the biggest fears of the FSC

the FSC is a bunch of fear mongers.

Gonzales: "Yeah"

DOJ Lackey: "Here's a list of 1000+ sites that are part of that deal... and here's another 1000+ that aren't".

Gonzales: "Awesome dude.. Let's get the patriot act wagon rolling and do some inspections.... Schedule the 'protected' companies for later in the fall."
