Anyone using their computers for music production?
 

I'm trying to help my little bro pick out a new system to do some music production (mostly digital music). What should he be looking for (component wise) to do this? The same set up as a video system?

His old system just bit the dust. :Oh crap

These guys are great. They have been in the business for many years. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. You can buy from them or just get an idea of whats good and buy elsewhere.....

FYI, it can get expensive, and some of the equipment is pretty technical.

Thanks! He's not running Protools or anything. I think Cubase is what he is using on it. I'll have him talk to those guys and see what they say.
