Just curious, not slamming you, I just want to gauge some board and industry reaction. Can you name 20 industry professionals that can/will vouch for your claim of suing or going after Fris? I mean 20 people who are on this or another popular board that can speak for you character and whether or not you have it in you to actually go after Fris from a criminal or legal standpoint.

Further it would be interesting if they voiced opinions on who was at fault, but you can leave that up to them.

Hey, I'm not slamming here, I just know what I have read in the past, and that includes what an asshat Brad is and how he tries to push people into situations to get reactions from them. Roger I get along with almost everyone. I just need some help on who to believe on this last thing coming out about BS. It makes a difference to me as a professional in this business as I need to know if the people who are associated to one side or another are legit.

On the other hand, maybe I am looking for another solution to affilaite program management and want to be sure I make a sound decision based on reputation and security.

OK, I can see BS is replying in other threads but avoiding this one, that's cool. I can understand where he is coming from. Maybe his legal counsel finally advised him to stop speaking publickly about the "event" that allegedly occured.

The settlement was confidential. But anyone who followed the case understood how much $ I invested and I would obviously only settle for a significant amount of money.

Once again, many people have yapped about going after password sites, only person has ever put his money where his mouth was.
