$300? Do you have less than $50,000 set aside for emergency legal expenses?
 

Working in the adult industry could land you in jail. Is it worth it to be in the industry if you can't afford $300 to join the FSC? What will happen when you actually get charged with a crime? How will you afford to defend yourself?

How much is the minimum someone in the adult industry should have set aside for emergency legal fees?

Do some of you have a trust set up for your lawyers, in case the DOJ seizes all of your assets?

many people are small-time operations, working 3 hours daily on submitting galleries or a small blog

they should have $300, I agree, but I doubt everyone has $50k set aside

I have had a lawyer from day one in this biz it's not something to mess with but i also had him from before from mainstream biz.

I live in Canada.... :) Where our education system is rated 10x better overall, and we have a Health Care system. :)

Just to add, Bush government is spending money in the wrong places.. IMHO..
