Costa Rica. Tamarindo (Pacific Coast) Escazu (near San Jose). Both are fairly Americanized. You have to keep in mind that it's not the US. Takes a little time to get used to, but it's one of the best places in Central/South America. Also, there are lot's of opportunities for business outside of adult.
