where to move to offshore?
 

what are some good foregin countries to move to where there is fast internet access, cheap rent, low crime and people speak some english.

Third world countries offer you those things. You can go south man..

I know he didn't mention it, but I think he's looking for a place with friendly or neutral porn laws too? If that's the case I'll take my chances with US justice system over Signapore anyday! Those lashings look painful!

They run around only for a few days in our summer which is only about a week :(

Costa Rica. Tamarindo (Pacific Coast) Escazu (near San Jose). Both are fairly Americanized. You have to keep in mind that it's not the US. Takes a little time to get used to, but it's one of the best places in Central/South America. Also, there are lot's of opportunities for business outside of adult.

I am also hearing a lot of good things lately about Nicaragua. It's cheaper living than CR and you can still buy oceanfront property for 50-80k
