Just want to thank this group below and there are others that we can thank for sellling us out to the Govt. I will post some really amazing info to show you just what the hell i am talking about.

I write this to communicate my support for the .xxx TLD proposal. I write as an experienced member of the online Adult Industry and have been since 1995.

I currently own an Internet marketing company specializing in adult website marketing since 2001. Prior to that I was President of IGallery, as subsidiary of New Frontier media, a NASDAQ listed company from 1996 to 2001 and prior to that was VP of Marketing for Hustler launching its flagship site in 1995.

I am also a director of the Free Speech Coalition since 2001.

All these companies share one belief ... that child pornography is illegal, it is morally wrong and it should be stopped. This application demonstrates that belief and that the adult industry is prepared to both do something about child pornography and open up a dialogue with the broader Internet community.

.xxx offers an opportunity for the online adult industry act responsibly.

It provides a new forum and platform for the online adult industry to begin to self-organize and to develop their own credible and responsible business practices.

I have personally met with many of the leaders in the online adult community from around the world ... from Python Communications in Curacao ... to Netcollex in the UK ... to Hustler, Vivid, AVN and many many more have all demonstrated their support for this application.

In addition, there is great concern about the risks posed to the industry if .xxx was to ever become a generic TLD.

No other application has stronger industry support or as broad and diverse a community of International supporters from all impacted stakeholders.

My only question would be, did they know that the Govt would jump in, and if so would they just not care or give a fuck? Now if it were you would you really care, if you made a deal with the Govt/Devil and a shit load of money was at stake, would that make ok?

some people who have been pushing .xxx domains are some major players in the adult industry who I belive will get a % of the money for anyone that regs a xxx domain.. so im sure some people really want it to happen. .. i dont want this shit.

So i get a call today with someone telling me that this is how it went down: ICANN turned down the .XXX deal down the very first time, the second time (this time) it was pushed thru by the Govt, and by the people selling this idea that it would some way protect children (which is a load of bullshit)....

So now the Govt seeing there opening, and the filling for the second coming of .XXX is filed timed with the 2257 filing of the DOJ...this one done on purpose, and part of this amazing plan.

So its a wonder to me and many others if this was a plan set forth by the founders of .XXX or they got "chumped" and "played" by the Govt which is pretty smart. They played the "carrot card" ...Money.....and they took it "hook line and sinker"...........

So the end run for the .XXX is to heard the entire adult industry into a Red Light Zone then who the fuck knows?

So the men that sold this out, some knowing some not, most not really caring have made there money and our industry gets turned upside down....So one day you will be sitting or walking some where and someone younger than you will be talking about "hey remember when you could watch porn on the internet"?............

I can see the big guys supporting it .It must annoy the shit out of them all l these little fish taking business from them. I think they thought this would make it more like the videobusiness. People in adult arent big picture thinkers, they see green and get tunnel vision lol
