Are you pulling down your portfolio sites to comply with the new rules? Do the rules include our portfolio sites?

Yeah.. this is a good post.. I also want to know.. How about if you are not from the US? Must we also take down our portfolio?

I'd say Password protect it. This will eliminate any "commercial use" issues or public accessible "publication" of said content.

Very good question. It raises some very interesting legal points.
