Brothers In Cash the New 2257 Regs announcement

Brothers In Cash team is ready to inform our webmasters about our position regarding the new 2257 regulations. After in-depth analysis of the 2257 changes with our attorney and others within the industry, we have worked to be fully compliant to create a solution.

First, we revised our Model Releases and IDs and created a compliant indexed database. It was not too hard for us because we are the primary producer of our websites that have exclusive content. So we can officially state that our content is fully compliant with new New 2257
regulations and ready to do business after June 23, 2005.

Second, we are introducing our policy that is regarding our webmasters 2257 compliance:

1. All our existing promotional content is still available for advertisement purposes. No changes are made for non-US based webmasters by new 2257 regs nor by our program.

The following actions are made for US-based webmasters only:

2.1. All of our Free-hosted galleries and content are fully compliant with the 2257 regulations since they are hosted on our domains. No changes need to be made by webmasters.

1.2. We are going to provide softcore promotional free content for our episodes and softcore banners very soon. This content does not require any changes regarding to the new 2257 Regs as well.

1.3. Hardcore promotional free content are still available for our US-based webmasters. You will get access to our 2257 online database upon a lawful 2257 investigation for all our content. We have offline and online several copies here. Our 2257 database are ready for attorneys audit to let our webmasters feel confident in our 2257 compliance.

But either way.....it's rather disturbing to me the number of affiliate programs that waited until yesterday or today to let affiliates know what they were going to do.
