Secondary (and third) producers
Company "A" takes pictures (primary producer), I sign up for affiliate program and put them on my site (or link back to their FHG's), I'm secondary producer.
Company "A" BUYS pictures from Company "Z". "A" is now secondary. "A" has an affiliate program. I sign up. I'm third level, right? So, sounds like these companies need to break their photoshoot's off into another company that sells back to themselves. Making all of us 3rd level (2257 talks about primary and secondary as far as I understand it). Thoughts? |
Just publishing them on your site makes you a producer, primary or secondary no matter where you are in the chain. At least if you read the regs that's what it says.

The word is tertiary, but it doesn't matter. They did not mean secondary as in "number two", they meant it as "derived from what is primary or original".

And google is exempt how again? Oh, that's right, they're a SEARCH ENGINE. Yes, and they have adwords that they get a profit from, that appear after search results come up for "ass fucking".
