Most of the players that you mentioned there have a presence on the NAP of the Americas in Miami and can offer a decent ping time depending on the destination of your traffic.

BTN is the king for overseas traffic times being based out of Hong Kong and a massive overseas presence. They power the hong kong stock exchange ;)
