Whats the best way to gain weight?
You know how some people can eat whatever they want and still cannot gain weight, i am one of those people. I desided to go to a gym, but before i do that i need some freaking fat on me. Since i heard mcdonalds makes people fat and now they creadit cards now i am going there 2 time a day now. Its been like 2 weeks and im already getting bored of the food but not really gaining weight.
What do you think i should do? |

I think its the cigs. I smoke a lot, and after i smoke all the hunger goes away.

Whey protein , alot of eggs, peanut butter, meast, cheese.
get a regular schedule for working out. Look into creatine. |

Daily I do 4 sets of heavy lifting, drink a protein shake and eat as much as possible. I've only gained about 10-12lbs but it is all muscle.

i cant gain much either. i fluctuate between 155 and 160. i work out a lot and constanly increase in strength but never gain weight. :upsidedow i dont mind being thin though

lol, im the same way. im 6'4" tall and weigh 165 lbs. im a skinny mother fucker. they have all these diet things out for people to get thin, but there are a hell of a lot of skinny people that want to get fat. if someone came out with a program for them they would be rich. i think its a hell of a lot harder for a naturally skinny person to put on weight than it is for a fat person to lose lb's. i just wish it wasn't so damn hard to put on a few pounds...

steak, chicken, potatoes, protein shakes, icecream and tons of bigmacs or burgers and fries. you gotta load up man!

dont forget your greens and vegis too, and multivitamins

and your gonna need some fibre so may i suggest miniwheats or something with bran. all that protein will bung u up/

Plenty of carbs (for training / energy) so potatoes, bread, pasta, rice, fruits, cereals. Plenty of protein (to help you grow) so meats, dairy produce etc. Minimal fats (burgers, chips, sweets etc.). Plenty of sleep which should give you ample energy to train hard also. You will grow if you follow the above. :) |
Don't know how true it is, but when ever you read/hear interviews with actors who stack on weight for a role they always say they eat the same + some, so just increasing portion size. So instead of steak and veg have 1.5x steak and veg. Once your stomach expands and you can handle that easily, then start eating 2x what u normally ate etc.

Eat 4000 healthy calories a day, 2x your body weight in protien grams, drink 1-2 gallons of water, and hit the gym HARD 3-5 times per week and walk/jog on the days you don't lift. Rest a lot and don't drink hard liquor at all. Here is what 1 year of that routine did for me. Consistency is the key.

I'm the same way -- I have an insanely high metabolism rate.
I've eaten pasta foods for months and yet still managed to lose weight -- And no, I don't work out or train. I don't know how much I weigh now, but as a senior in high school, I weighed about 115. |
What's a good weight gainer product not only works well, but isn't dangerous and tastes good?

eat otameal, peanut butter, bananas, honey, etc. also you want to eat tons of protein and milk. whole milk. if you dont workout you'll jsut get a phat gut. i put on 30 pounds when i first joined the miltary on that diet. icq me and i'll tell you more |

you need to each lots (at least FIVE times a day). and that doesn't mean junk food. healthy stuff.. fish, lean meat, chicken, etc... drink lots of water (8 cups a day). while you're doing this, you should hit the gym 3-5 times a week to turn that extra weight into muscle! do this for 6 months straight and you'll gain 20-30 lbs. it's all about consistansy.. you can't slack off because you're too busy. |
