TripleXcash new 2257 policy.


We have now completed all of the New 2257 record keeping required by us under the new laws that went into effect June 23rd.

WE WILL NOT BE GIVING OUT 2257 INFORMATION TO SECONDARY PRODUCERS.

We feel that this industry needs to respect the rights of models and their privacy. Since we have shot almost every scene in the tripleXcash program we know most of the models and have had feedback from them requesting that they do not have their privacy crushed. Why put them at risk?

We also know 100% that records must be maintained at the residence or the office of the secondary producer and have to be
available at all times for inspection.

AS A WEBMASTER ARE YOU GOING TO TRUST THAT RECORDS ARE GOING TO BE AVAILABLE FOR WHAT YOU HAVE ON YOUR WEBPAGE AND THEY WILL BE COMPLIANT WHILE TRYING TO DOWNLOAD THEM IN FRONT OF THE AUTHORITIES.... A POLICE OFFICER MAY NOT WANT TO WAIT WHILE YOUR ON THE PHONE TRYING TO GET AN ACCESS KEY TO WORK.
This all sounds crazy and we do not want to give false impressions to our webmasters that might get them in trouble just so we can make a dollar.

For secondary producers such as webmasters that promote TripleXcash we recomend that they use tours that do not
make it subject to 2257 laws. In stating that, we will start to have banners and content that will be 2257 compliant as of tomorrow so there will be no need for webmasters to keep records on *** sites.


We know 100% that you may still link to our hosted galeries at no risk to webmasters and that using text links or images that are soft in nature will make any webmaster 2257 compliant.

Of course, we can not tell webmasters what to do on their sites but if you have any questions about 2257 and *** please feel free us at 8187739963

I think you are making it sound like a police officer from off the street is going to park his patrol car outside, come in, sitdown and ask some questions regarding your records and get all flustered for having to wait 20 seconds. This is not the case.

Not really saying that. What I am saying is that a secondary producer is supposed to keep records at his location for inspection. What if you try to find an image later and it is not there when going to a data base.

Just a different reason to keep a website 2257 compliant unless you have the records in hand.

The truth is the truth. I am here to help protect webmasters and give them reasons for not giving out models id's. I am trying to protect the models and protect webmasters from making mistakes that might get them in trouble.

Blame all the lawyers. We can only make decissions on what they tell us and it was only a shot while ago that they told most of us the laws on everything new.

Believe me I am not too happy about all of this either. Better to have the correct information and keep everyone in compliance and out of trouble.

Why you want to ripping content from galleries ? TripleXCash has shitload of free content, both movies and pictures :2 cents:
