ServerProvider - it takes 13 days to set up a virtual?????
 

I'm trying to slowly gat 100 or so domains on couple of hosts(SE experiment), so I want to get the cheapest virtuals possible.

Contacted ServerProvider,and paid them 30 bucks for their chepaest virtual plan which is 10 bucks a month.
Six days later after some confusion on their side I got my account, 2-3 days after that I'm trying to add some more domains (the plan comes with 10 domains) and I got some error, sent them couple of emails, ICQ, still waiting for their reply. Is there ANY way to contact these guys?

That's truly pathetic - 13 days after the payment I stil can not use that account !!!

p.s. tried their 'live support' too, it went dead as soon as I started talking to
the guy/girl

ATCIHosting Is great, You won't ever have to deal with that kinda crap with them. It's what i use, Chris will also install any scripts you might need. He's on icq pretty much 24/7 if you ever need anything. Check out my sig if you want to see how fast my site loads. The prices are the cheapest i've seen also :thumbsup

I am surprized to hear it.. I have always had great luck with serverprovider and so have others I have referred... Musta been a BAD day for them...

Are you getting multiple Class C blocks? If not, you might want to check out www.gotwebhost.com

Virtual servers are set up in 12-24 hours (usually less, depends on the time of day you place the order).
