Is it healthy to have a enema every 2 weeks?

I might have a hernia but I cant tell.
2 weeks ago I had pain on the left side of my body but it went away. Now I have a stronger pain on the right side of my body, right under my rib cage. It kills when I laugh, sneeze, lift. It feels like something is ripping. Theres no bump or discoloration or anything. It doesnt hurt as much today as it did yesterday. do you think thats a hernia? should ig et it checked out? |

Since I've become a webmaster, I find that either all my clothes are shrinking, or I'm gaining weight.
Could the radiation my monitor emits be causing me to gain weight or should I switch laundry detergents? |

This is a good one because there really is no specific treatment for insomnia. Things to avoid: Alcohlol and cigarettes. Long term use is believed to cause insomnia. (and of course illegal substances) Avoid exercise 3 hours prior to going to bed. Avoid caffiene altogether if you have insomnia. To help you get to sleep you could read a relaxing novel. Avoid all stimuli. Turn off the tv, radio, lights, etc. If this doesn't help you may want to try counting sheep. |
