last I heard from scott is they're working on getting them ready and are "well aware of the 6/23 implementation date"

hopefully they're ready soon :)

Scott was out of the country last time I contacted him, he referred me to Mark,

He told me they would "be forwarding 2257s this weekend or the beginning of next week"

This was last Thursday.
