so i went to sleep last night at a reasonable time...
 
at like 2am.... which is good for me considering i usually go to bed at 6-8am because i can't sleep...

so instead of waking up at a reasonable time.. i STILL woke up at 5pm!

i slept 15 hours! ... now i'm really stumped... i think seeing a doctor is the only way i'll fix my sleeping cycle :disgust

over-sleeping fucks you up as much as very lil sleep does. When I sleep over like 12 hours, it takes me 20 minutes to get out of bed and another hour and 2 cups of coffee to really wake up.

Yeah, oversleeping will do that. I'm lucky enough to not have any sleeping trouble. As long as I get 7-8 hours a night I'm good.

oh i know... but the thing is i made sure i didn't oversleep.. i set my alarm clock to only get 8 hours sleep... but i turned it off as soon as it turned on... i'm a very deep sleeper :Oh crap

I hate sleeping too long. The last week and a half I've been averaging 5 hrs or so. :(

Well what I do is sleep when I want and work when I want.

I do not really worry about day or night;)

I do the same thing. Ill set my alarm and unconsciously turn it off as fast as possible soon as it rings. I think the best is between 6-8 hours and Im cool. I usta sleep in for like 15 hours when I was younger, but now it really gets to me, fucks up my whole day.

lol, sometime i try and be sneaky and set my cell phone alarm + a computer alarm and put my cell phone across the room also.. but it doesn't do anything.. i get up turn it off and go back to sleep....

lol i didn't even notice your response because i though it was made by me (because our sigs are the same)

yah i see what you're saying, but i have some stuff i need to do during business hours etc... so thats why i need to fix my sleeping cycle a little bit

I have the same problem as you

what you gotta do is go to bed again at 2am
and tomorrow, again

and you will see, 2-3 days down the line you will wake up at 1-2pm

Irregular and inadequate sleeping is a serious problem..Better see your doctor..

try exercising. Workout hard in the morning or lightly in the evening.
