so i went to sleep last night at a reasonable time...
at like 2am.... which is good for me considering i usually go to bed at 6-8am because i can't sleep...
so instead of waking up at a reasonable time.. i STILL woke up at 5pm! i slept 15 hours! ... now i'm really stumped... i think seeing a doctor is the only way i'll fix my sleeping cycle :disgust |
over-sleeping fucks you up as much as very lil sleep does. When I sleep over like 12 hours, it takes me 20 minutes to get out of bed and another hour and 2 cups of coffee to really wake up.

I hate sleeping too long. The last week and a half I've been averaging 5 hrs or so. :(

lol, sometime i try and be sneaky and set my cell phone alarm + a computer alarm and put my cell phone across the room also.. but it doesn't do anything.. i get up turn it off and go back to sleep....

I have the same problem as you
what you gotta do is go to bed again at 2am and tomorrow, again and you will see, 2-3 days down the line you will wake up at 1-2pm |
Irregular and inadequate sleeping is a serious problem..Better see your doctor..

try exercising. Workout hard in the morning or lightly in the evening.
