One thing I personally think will become a major factor in adult are 3d adult games that combine simulated sex and nudity with action/humor. I think the feeling of "achievement" in games like that can be a major draw for consumers that isn't found in standard porn, plus, it's probably the best way to combine entertainment with sex.

Mobile Porn and More of a mainstream where people are not looking down on it as much and more stupid laws to stop it.

Mobile technology (cell phones, palm pilots, etc.) are definitly going to be a big thing. I think the first place that lets you send, for example, a text message to a random number and for $1.99 you get a couple pictures sent directly to your phone, would be huge.

Are you serious? Look back 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 years.... every decade it has become more and more mainstream, actually i'd say adult in many ways is what defines mainstream trends these days.
