does this include nude photos of no penetration or rubbing on the genitals?

If i have a photo of an nude female by herself not touching herself, or an ass shot no touching , boob shot holding boobs, does this fall under the category of sexual explicit act or no


if I have a photo tgp or mgp with a softcore (boob, nude, ass shot no touching rubbing with self or other or penetration ) thumb linked to an outside url (free hosted gallery) do I not fall under secondary producer?

It was an example of how much the term "sexually explict" can vary. The sponsors who have asked their lawyers usually had the same response, bare breasts are pretty safe. Thong shots are fine if you can't see _any_ part of the genitals, so the brazilian stuff has to go. You can figure out the rest.
