Canadians, where can I buy a cheap computer online?

Nothing fancy.
Something purely for work.

I want to run my programs (DreamWeaver, PhotoShop, FireWorks) faster than my CPU can do it now. I have a laptop, so I am limited by the HD's speed.

Is Dell.ca my best option?

the thing is I want something that will also look good.
I don't want hassles. I think dell is my best bet. To my door, plain and simple, no hassles. I've heard negative things about mdg

I get every few weeks a promotion from Dell with rebate codes. If you want to wait, I could post the codes here or ICQ you. Yiu save about 20-35% depending on models.

Don't get a dell... I did years ago and swore never again... you can't upgrade the fuckers with new mobos etc.. Just go down to your local shop and have them build one to your specifications although tigerdirect.ca might be good... and I've bought from ncix.com before..

jact 06-20-2005 09:12 PM

There's two sites you can pick from, bought from both many times in the past.

Canada Computers
http://www.canadacomputers.com/

ETC Computers
http://www.etccomputer.ca/eShop/default.asp

I generally shop at Canada Computers when building a system to my own specs, prices ROCK.
