Where do you report CP that doesn't come from a web site?

CP that comes from a file sharing network that is mislabled... where to report it?

Anyone besides ASACP? I stopped dealing with them after being told several times that they could not determine the age of the girl in the photos. They were pics of LITTLE girls holding thier pussies open for the cam. I don't know what ASACP needs to shut a site down but God dammed if little girls who look 5 spreading eagle don't do it, I don't know what will.

Not much you can do except delete it and move on.

and yeah, ASACP are a bloody joke.

I showed them pages of 3 year olds fucked by grampa and response was something along the lines of "We can't determine for sure if the model is underage. If we tagged it as CP we would open ourselves up to civil reprocutions should the model be of legal age" ... or something along those lines.

And recently a sponsor had to close an account of the webmaster of a perfectly fine 18+ tgp because asacp said the girls on the thumbs looked too young.

Idiots. Do more damage than good.

Here is the exact quote:

"We could not determine whether the models are
`clearly` under the age of 18; therefore, we are
unable to report the website to the authorities."

Fuck ASCAP if they take that attitude. Ive sent shit straight to the FBI before. Dont know if anything ever came of it, but they supposedly take those things seriously

NTSS 06-20-2005 05:16 PM

I agree, fuck ASCAP , send a letter to the FBI.

I'd also suggest you to report them to FBI directly. I have reported some galleries (sites?) to ASACP in the past but those pages was not even removed after my messages. So FBI and VISA (in case if you'll find out what exactly billing is used by the suspicious site) is the right choice!

Not sure if you are referring to me.. Update, the sponsor reopened my account.

The FBI does take them seriously but also are into checking you out too. They have a link to forward them info but expect about 1 to 2 months of waiting time since they get 1,000's of bullshit requests daily.

Don't get into the habit of FINDING CP to give to them. I can post you plenty of stories where people who searched out CP to erraticate it were incarserated or in the least, given a very hard time and a thorough shake down.

Correct! IMHO only pedos are searching for CP over the Net. However if I'm catching some TGP/CJ sites that have CP when they're trying to trade traffic with my resources I have to report them in ANY CASE.
