2257 URL indexing

So, let's say I have a site with one girl on it, and let's assume no one else EVER appears in any of the content... would my 2257 records just be her ids and a cross reference page documenting the URLs on which her art is found?

How specific do the URLs need to be, can it just be the domain?

I forgot what they all said about this at the San Diego FSC...

to me its better to be safe than sorry.
i'd put every single url on the site that needs 2257 documentation.
