Also this is exactly why my father has told me since I was a kid if you ever stall out and are on the side of the road get out and away from the vehicle.

It's true. Some idiots really sleep behind the wheel, or being chatty katty with their passenger and forget to watch the road.

Yeah man it's amazing. There was a whole lane blocked off with cones..so the speeds should have been reduced...there was a big flashing sign on the right side about 25+ yards away signifying something was going on...LOL

What else do you need?

This is why when I drive I will go the speed limit but I leave plenty of space between me and other vehicles...people get pissed because they think if you close that space they're getting home that much faster...LOL

As soon as they pass and get in front...I drop back and give myself more space again.

I dont understand how this happens how fucking stupid do you have to be? I mean theres like 30 break lights on a highway do you just keep going 70 mph?

There has to be an explanation for that. My best guess would be extremely thick fog that prevented the drivers from seeing the situation until the last possible moment. That said, in those kinds of conditions the best thing to do is slow down A LOT.
