What will they do now since new 2257 regs will kill the pics on GFY.

Sure will be alot less posts and sigs wores will surely have to change up some banners too.

I thought maybe being a bbs it would be exempt but did some legal checking and since it has moderators it doesn't fall under the exemptions :(

I thought noncommercial postings were ok, which would make camwhoring ok, but some sexually explicit sigs illegal (as commercial banners)

Do you think I'll need to change my sig banner ?

Legally, yes. Its promotional material of a commercial nature, and unless Lens and crew have given you 2257 of that girl and both cocks, then you could get in trouble for it.
