SMVCASH you stole my site Mypinklove.com!!!

I created the domain Mypinklove.com and paid some designer to work on the design.
The first templates where uploaded and hosted in the designer server, where the designers upload all the clients works.
Also we uploaded the full site to my server and we where ready to register the domain.

No I noticed that someone registered the domain mypinklove.com, shit can happen, but, this wasnt a coincidense, somebody check on the designer server, saw the domain, registered the domain and also stole the design that was made for me, the one I PAID FOR! :mad:

Im gently and respectfully asking for my domain back. At least, if you are not "wise enough" to give me my domain back, please try to make a design of your own, dont copy my domain name PLUS MY DESIGN!!! :mad:

Ihave heard that the person who didi this is the owner of an affiliate program, so he should know what Im talking about and I hope he understand.

I want my stolen domain AND DESIGN back.

Unfortunately I don't think you have much legal right to the domain, and probably should have reg'd it before paying for the design work, but either way that's fucked up!

How would this person just happen to come across these designs?

If I'm designing something for a client I don't show anyone other than my team without the client's permission.

So it seems that either the designer fucked up by putting this on his portfolio, or leaked it somehow or left a directory exposed on his server...either way it's a strange situation.

we was building the site for him www.motownteens.com then i busted him for the very same thing he done with my names , and he then sent a letter said i am killing the job , never paid me for my site and then took it and useed it so fuck the doamins matters he fucking stealing sites and using it and content as well

Correct me if i'm wrong here , but usually a paysite uses its own content for its design OR they use content supplied by the designer that holds a specefic license for use on so many domains etc / promo material etc..

So the designer should be pissed his designs are being stolen as well as the content being abused..

Although you have every right to be pissed , the designer is the one who should be throwing stones..


Unless of course the designer sold both of you the design..

otherwise you could buy a design off someone for $100 and sell it for $1 and make his designs worthless.
