** IMPORTANT ** Primary Producers and Content Providers, 2257ware needs you help!!!
 

As we are wrapping up the latest version of 2257ware, we are at a point where we could really help each other out here, from programs and site owners to affiliates.

We would like to release the software with a pre-populated list of Primary Producers and Content Producers. The purpose for inclusion into the software is to allow us to assign you an individual and unique key which will identify you to any user of the content. Since we have the ability to replicate data from primaries to secondaries and sponsors to affiliates, we don't want affiliates or seconday producers to have to enter primary producer information more than once...

The obvious way to avoid that, and to get people up and running as soon as possible is to include as many of you as possible from the get go. What this means is we would need a little information from you.

I hope the programs get on this since its a great solution.

Because I want to keep the non-legit people here from adding info to the database if they are not in the proper position as far as a Producer affiliation. We screen everyone who replies so we know they are legit.

edit - We only want primary producers in this part of the database. The advantage is affiliates and secondary producers will have a much faster way of linking productions to primary producers.

To give you all some more detail, in the long run, this is what it all comes down to...

Should any affiliate or secondary producer use our software to handle 2257 records, if the Primary Producer of the content is already in the database, the user will be able to directly and immediately link productions (content) to that primary producer, saving them valuable time in the data entry process.

Also, since we can help Sponsors replicate data files to affiliates, the inclusion of the sponsor in the database streamlines that process.
