Here is a list of potential Supreme Court candidates I got from and article in the Washington Post:

Samuel A. Alito
Emilio Garza
J. Michael Luttig
Michael McConnell
John G. Roberts
James Harvie Wilkinson III

Alberto R. Gonzales is also mentioned as a strong candidate on MSNBC

I'm trying to do some research on past rulings that are related to the adult entertainment industry. Feel free to add your input/links to rulings in this thread. I'm not optimistic, but I suspect some of these guys could be a lot worse than others.

just figure out which one is the most fucked up worst possible candidate and that's who Bush will pick.

Find out which of those guys are pro abortion and scratch their names.
