I have been looking for the same thing for phpbb, seems designers for these type of things are few and far between

Get a designer to make you a header / footer some buttons etc.. basically a static page showing what you want the whole forum to look like, and we can turn it into a VB / PHPBB / Invision skin, fairly inexpensively for you.

Tons of designers out there, it's just tough to find one that wants the hassle of converting a layout into a full working skin.

Simple reason is that vBullient is PAINFUL to mod well. Evil, evil, evil.

Looking for something now. Who's the BEST forum skinner ? Any that really stand out ? If not invision (preferred), vbulletin would be fine too.

I know a very skilled designer that can do skins, exactly what you need (both vbulletin and phpBB2)

But he is not available before at least a month.

He is expensive but does great things, about pricing you have to speak directly to him
