Actual hearing date for the injunction.
 

It's my understanding that the judge will actually start hearing arguments around 1:30PM, Mountain Time in Denver this comming Thursday, 6/23/05 on the FSC injunction.

Wow..the same day the new regs kick in.
Why did the FSC wait so long to file the injunction out of curiosity?

For the nail bitting experience of course.

So..gives the government 24-36 hours to getcha while they can!

Well if thats true, on the 23rd pretty much EVERYONE waiting for the results of this injunction will have broken the law and will be subject to prosecution :2 cents:

Yeah..I know..more of a rhetorical ? I guess..the interesting part is how long it will take the judge to deliberate..could be a bunch of nervous webmasters if he decides to take the whole weekend to do that.
