Are you guys watching the F-1 race?

Only 6 cars started the race.

Michelin tires were fucked up so all the cars using Michelin tires didn't start the race.

Pretty boring...

Corleone 06-19-2005 11:11 AM

It's a shame...especially the crowd reaction. But, hell I'd be pissed as hell if I was there...

Well, if it were here in Brazil I'd watch the race for 2 reasons:

1- Rubinho is still racing (and he's in FIRST PLACE NOW!!)

2- F-1 tickets are TOO DAMN EXPENSIVE! I mean, a soccer game here in Brazil you pay US$10 and you get the best seats available (no kidding), to get the same best seats in F-1 you'd have to pay at least US$200.

Yup. What a bunch of idiots. A beercan can do some serious damage to a car going at that speed.

Project-Shadow 06-19-2005 11:55 AM

They should of just called the race off, who wants to see 6 cars participating when it should be 22+ =/

Damn Michelin, FIA, Teams.

It's all of their faults

the only one who is responsible for this is the french
not the fia or any of the teams

FIA could have done something to make the race better for the spectators, if not just said something like Bridgestone runners are #1 - 6 in the order they come in, and the rest come in in the order after that.

To be fair, if it was Bridgestone who fucked up, Michelin would not support them, so props to Ferrari and Bridgestone for having the quality of product to see the race thru

Manowar 06-19-2005 03:16 PM

Schumacher did it before, he had tyre problems and asked for leniency, the Michelin runners said no and he didn't not race. Something like spain last year, they were talking about it.

It's only fair. Should be a good race for the championship now.

ssp 06-19-2005 03:16 PM

Go Minardi!! w00000000000000000t! lol
