Does 2257 give an advantage to non US webmasters?

only if they use sponsor content and the sponsor lets them have hardcore photos while US webmasters have no sponsor content or only softcore.

And probably host outside the US.

It gives a huge advantage to free site owners. Especially Thumb MPG's and TGPS.

Paysite owners already had to keep records..

Yea.. basically it does give an advantage when you have no hosting or citizenship ties to the US.

But... who knows how much of an advantage. Also 2257 is gonna go thru a series of hearings yet and it may end up being a more level playing field - time will tell.

Tho I am one of those who may stand to gain - I don't give a toss - I'd rather see the idiocy wiped off the board.
