Have they always had control panels? I don't want to email for databases etc.

Depends on how your account/server was setup. If you requested a control panel at initial setup, then yes you have it. Email support and they can tell you whether or not you have a control panel attached to your account.

No account yet, last time I checked I thought I rememebered no panel. Thanks.
