i have a forum on my swingers site . its very quite and i need some more activity there. how can i do this?? how do i get more traffic?

Run a contest on the forum. Try this on the forum "The person that reffs the most people this month to our forum wins $200" (or a tv, dvd, something like that).

The contest could be a good idea. but make sure that you are watching IP addresses.
