So whats their point? Most of the users are minors? Dont minors watch TV? Arent they on the computer? Its stupid. They only way people can get porn for psp is if they are 18, so i dont see any problem here.

Can they buy discs from second sources?

This reminds me of Japan. Years ago a convention promoter from Japan wanted to publish CDs of my toons via an animated venue. They have conventions there where people traded CDs of like 10 minutes of animation and shit. Fucking HUGE industry. If publishing these mini discs is easy you can hold onto your hats cause it'll be an even larger industry of trading and you can bet some kids will get their hands on them.

I buy toys from Japan and each toy comes with a mini-CD of the theme song of the tv show or movie. Some have vids on them. Sometimes fans make their own along with their costumes ( www.gregboone.com/cosplay.html for reference )

This P2P could be a problem for parents and we need to make sure it don't.

Good point, i totally forgot about the trading part. I mean shit, they trade these cars and shit all the time.

You want to know something funny. We in middle school and high school use to trade porn dvds/vhs all the time. Thats the only way we could get it (since we were no 18 we were not able to get shit). So if one person watched the tape we just traded it for another... :1orglaugh

'What' is 'pretty cool'???

The fact that there are going to be tons of new mini discs for P2P or the fact that our irresponsibility is going to allow kids to access the stuff?

We need to act now. Mini discs for players is an awesome way to advertise your site but without safety protocols in place it's inevitable that kids will get access.

How the fuck is a $50 PSP UMD easier for an underage kid to get than a fucking 99 cent porn dvd off Ebay or through mail order? A PSP is just a handheld computer that plays movies, video games, mp3s, and any movie file off the Internet or out of your personal DVD collection after you run it though one of the free conversion programs. It uses mpeg4 format which Quicktime can also play.

Now, I'm not sure how many kids own PSPs right now but I'm guessing with a $300 price tag, $50 a game, $100 per 1 gig memory stick (which holds maybe a couple hours of movies), and another $100 worth of accessories needed to actually use the thing properly (case, USB cord, car charger, docking station, etc.), you're looking at the same initial investment as a laptop to get a PSP, a few games, the accesories, and some memory sticks. Now, they will get cheaper this Christmas and a lot cheaper next year...but right now I think they are more of an adult toy.

Regardless, this is just a multimedia device like any other computer and I see no reason why there shouldn't be porn available in UMD format. If you look at the movies they have released so far, such as Kill Bill, Punisher, National Lampooon's Van Wilder, American Pie Unrated, etc. they are aimed at college age and older young men. Porn is the next logical step.
