Secondary Producer Landmines!!
 

If content is shot in Brazil or LA, the person producing the content is the "Primary Producer".

If the content is then sold to a LA porno company and released on DVD. They, the LA porno company, are a "Secondary Producer."

If the porno company decides to license the content to webmasters, the webmasters are purchasing the rights from a "secondary producer." What this means is that you can't list the LA porno company as the "primary producer"....

You must list the original person producing the movie in Brazil or LA who sold the content to the LA porno company as the "primary producer."

If you list the porno company that you licensed the content from as the "primary producer", you are in violation of the 2257 Regs.

Don't believe me, check with your attorney..

Indeed you need to do all you say but even more important is you need the ID and model info from the primary producer just pointing at them is not going to help you.
