I do both hand and auto. have good results with both.

is it me or do I only see a form to trade traffic?

Pretty much. people tends to hand submit to only a few top tgp sites and auto-submit to the rest.

hand submitting is definately not worth the time for average tgps's. I only hand submit to the big ones and to some partner accounts that dont work well wit the autosubmitter i use
