Are They Loaded? Does Anyone Know
 

I just watched the national anthem on the basketball game broadcast, and noted the national guardsmen had rifles with them.

Are they just show, or would they have ammo in them?

Just for show. I was in a color guard at my old Marine base for awhile and it's hard enough getting it right without worring about having live ammo in the weapon. :2 cents:

Were they wearing masks? Then I would say loaded.

Good question though man, I always wondered that.
