Caribbean vacation suggestions please
 

Hubby and I have a bet on whether the Spurs will win this years national championships.
I bet the Spurs would loose
he bet they would win

looser pays for an all inclusive trip to the Caribbean for the winner :)

now comes the problem of deciding where to go so I'd like some input please, here is a list of things either of us would want access to:
CASINOS - lots of tables, slots etc, not a tiny two table place
awesome beaches
snorkeling
wind sailing
CASINOS
good food
fishing (ok that one is for hubby)
casual atmosphere .. no stuck up dresscode stuff
and did I mention CASINOS?

I know there is gaming on the following islands: The Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Antigua, Dutch St. Maarten, St. Kitts, Turks, Curacao, and St. Vincent.
I don't really want to do Puerto Rico or D.R. as we've been there so I'm asking for your suggestions .. can you guys please recommend a good spot?

note: take into consideration we are not as young as some of you so having the teen crowd or 'party atmosphere' around is not what we are looking for lol
