In our efforts to provide the best affiliate program and best support for our affiliates we have arrived at a universal compliant solution for 2257.

NaughtyAmerica will have two types of affiliates.

The first is the Gold Affiliate level. These affiliates will be provided with necessary tools to continue promoting our sites using explicit content. We will have further details furnished via phone or email by an account representative. Gold affiliates were selected based on our understanding of their level of commitment and previous working relationship with the company. If you have not been contacted and wish to be considered for the Gold Affiliate program, please contact Danielle with the information below:

All other affiliates will be considered ?Standard Affiliates? and will have access to softcore banners and free hosted galleries but will be restricted from promoting our sites with explicit content.

IMMEDIATE NOTICE:

You are hereby noticed that due to the stringent requirements of the new regulations going into effect on June 23rd, anyone who is not a ?Gold Affiliate? and is promoting our sites that contain our explicit content will have their account closed.

If we already have explicit content up and about, can we be considered for Gold Affiliate status? I don't send a lot of traffic your way, but I have been getting a monthly check for over 2 years... would hate to have to delete everything.

Write Danielle, she can explain it to you, if you are interested in becoming one, you are going to need to be prepared to become a dedicated affiliate. We are only looking for dedicated webmasters.

when I try to go to the promo material I only see the 2257 notice, I would like to see if the old(er) banners im using are not 'explicit'.

Well if more sponosrs adopt this I guess many webmasters don't have to wait until .XXX comes out before being sent to the porn ghetto. :winkwink:

If you do not have the banners anymore, contact Danielle,she can give you limited access to check it out, chances are, they are explicit though.
We will have some new banners up there shortly which you will be able to put in its stead.

None of our requirements for compliancy will be difficult to work with.
If you are willing to make some minor adjustments to your pages we are willing to work with you.

What is considered a "dedicated" webmaster? I have some rock solid search engine positions that bring in steady sales for your program, but I don't do much else besides that for promotion. Am I going to be required to remove all explicit content?

Danielle will be in comunication with you and check you out for approval, but yes you should be approved. The requirements will not be too stringent, just the abillity to grow with us.

I will contact either you ace or danielle tomorrow regarding this. What about non us webmasters, same for them about this? I guess I'm forced to be an gold affiliate as I'm not able to change old galleries or I will end up getting blacklisted. I hate this 2257 shit :mad:
