Any .XXX Updates?
 

I was wondering if the Department of Commerce disagrees with the .XXX TLD, will it really impact the TLD from being released? Any idea when the DOC is supposed to release their decision?

From what I gather, the pre-registration will save you the hassle of attempting to register a domain too late. I believe the pre-registration will merely do everything in their power to ensure that the registrations are attempted the second they are allowed to be processed. I have no idea how well their operation will be secured. It seems like a gamble to me that if you are willing to take, do it.
